DOIN TECH is a fintech company that offers innovative products and services for the forex market. Over the past three years, DOIN TECH has launched multiple fintech solutions that currently serve 20,000+ clients across 100+ countries.

Here are some of the key responsibilities I have as a virtual executive - client experience at DOIN TECH:

• Identify and resolve technical issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze relevant data to provide accurate insights or recommendations that align with the client's specific preferences.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to measure and improve the customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention rates.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, marketing, or sales, to ensure a consistent and coherent client experience across all touchpoints.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the fintech and forex market domains, and incorporate them into the client experience strategy.

I have won two online contests from 10MS. One for making an educational video and the other for Social media banner design. I worked as an ambassador for this organization from April 2018 to April 2019.

Event Managment Secreatary - GTCAC

As the Event Management Secretary of Analytics Club of Govt. Titumir College, I have done different kinds of work from marketing to technical tasks. I have completed three important tasks for the club:

- Logo Design: I have created the 2 Main logo of Analytics club, Government Titumir College. These 2 Logo perfectly represents club's vission, mission and personality.

- Partnership with @BOHUBRIHI: I arranged and confirmed a partnership with BOHUBRIHI, an edtech company, as our e-learning partner to give free premium courses to our members. This made our club more valuable and improved our members’ learning experience.

- Data analysis & Management: I made some Excel/Power BI dashboard to see our members’ profiles, preferences, and feedback clearly. This helped us to make data driven decisions and make our club better and more satisfying for the next event.

- Member recruitment: I planned and carried out a marketing plan for getting new members. I also helped other executive members in using technology to make the recruitment process easier. As a result, we got more than 70 new members in just four hours of the day. We offered an SPINWIN game which gave the students a chance to win a free PREMIUM ONLINE COURSE from our e-learning partner @BOHUBRIHI.

- Session with ISHMAM CHOWDHURY: I organized a session with ISHMAM CHOWDHURY, the Vice President of Operation at @Shikho. He gave career suggestions to our members about data analytics in the business and corporate fields.

I became the first runners up in Live website create & second runnersup in PowerPoint Presentation contest of DRMC International Tech Carnival 2019.

The picture was taken while I was discussing about the future of websites with the Principal of Dhaka residential model college (DRMC) & Junayed Ahmed Polok (Bangladesh's ICT minister).
